In my “TRAIN with ME” program, clients will receive DAILY emails and Updates on all Fitness Related Materiel for 30 Days. Emails will include my Workout for that day, including exercises, sets, reps, and videos/pictures as needed. Emails will also include my basic diet info for the day, motivational message/quotes, and other info as needed. Maybe you are stuck at a plateau or simply bored of your same ol routine.
As with any exercises, weight is relative. You may need to drop or add weight to complete the sets required. My personal workouts change daily, are constantly evolving and extremely challenging. While there is nothing wrong with picking out parts to complete or finishing partial workouts as time allows, this program is recommended to experienced lifters who can dedicate 1-2 hours daily at the gym, 6 to 7 days a week.
